Mein Malbuch

Hallo liebe Leser!
Auf der Suche nach neuen Motiven unbekannter Künstler habe ich viele wunderschöne Motive gefunden, die ich sofort kolorieren wollte, die aber irgendwie nicht so richtig auf eine Karte passen. Also habe ich mich entschlossen, mir ein Malbuch anzulegen, nur für mich, nur für den Spaß am Kolorieren. Ich werde später ein schönes Album daraus machen, zunächst ist es nur ein Showalbum mit den Motiven drin.

Searching for new images of unknown artists, I found a lot of beautiful images, that I wanted to colour at once, but which do not really fit on a card. So I decided to start a colouring book, just for me, just for the pleasure of colouring. I will make it into a pretty book later, for now it is just a showfolder with all the images.

Hier ist das erste fertige Motiv, es heißt "Poison Ivy" und die Künstlerin  ist  Vanessa, auch bekannt als Sereglaure. Ihr findet sie hier: Sereglaure.

Ich habe es in  12,5 x 18,5 cm ausgedruckt.

Erdbeermädchen

Hallo!
Dieses zauberhafte Motiv ist ein Digi von Mo Manning und heißt "Strawberry Girl" also "Erdbeermädchen". Ich habe es gestern auf einem supernetten Basteltreffen koloriert und ich finde die Kleine zum Anbeißen süß. Nochmal vielen Dank, Mädels, ich habe mich total wohlgefühlt.
This gorgeous image is a digi by Mo Manning and it is called Strawberry Girl". I coloured it at a very nice crafter's meeting yesterday and I think she is sooo sweet.

Normalerweise wähle ich ja zuerst das Papier aus, aber hier hatte ich keins dabei. Trotzdem habe ich schnell etwas Passendes gefunden, brioche von Memory Box und dann ging die Karte recht zügig.
Usually I choose the paper prior to colouring, but I had any with me. In spite if this, I found matching paper quickly, brioche by Memory Box, and the card  was ready very fast.

Ich liebe den Bordürenstanzer "Doilly Lace" von Martha Stewart, er ist so vielseitig einsetzbar!

Ich habe mir die verwendeten Copics nicht notiert, aber ich glaube es waren:

Grün und blau/Green and Blue

Grün und blau finde ich als Farbkombi oft schwierig, aber in diesem Papier von BoBunny finde ich sie sehr harmonisch.Das Motiv ist "Springtime" von Krista Smith für Saturated Canary.
Green and blue is a colour combo that sometimes is difficult für me, but on this designpaper from BoBunny they fit together fine. The image is "Springtime" from Krista Smith for Saturated Canary.

Ich habe bei dieser Karte einen anderen Kleber ausprobiert, bin aber nicht zufrieden damit, das Papier wellt sich ganz furchtbar. Mit den selbstgemachten Wolken im Hintergrund bin ich noch nicht 100%ig zufrieden, aber für den ersten Versuch gefallen sie mir schon sehr gut. Ich habe ein Tutorial von Delphine auf dem Copic Marker Europe Blog nachgearbeitet.
I tested a new glue with this card, but I am not content, the paper gets very wet and starts to develop waves. What I am content with for a first attempt is to draw clouds in the background of the image. I followed a tutorial by Delphine on the Copic Marker Europe Blog.
